

Monthly Membership Meeting Saturday November 23rd from 2-4pm
DOD’s Next Meeting—Presidential “Caucus” The November meeting will give you a chance to “caucus” with others in support of specific Democratic presidential candidates. We’ll sit at tables designated for each candidate to itemize the top 5 reasons for supporting him/her. Then table leaders will take to the microphone to present their arguments. The meeting will be 2-4 p.m. Sat., November 23, at Date Palm Country Club in Cathedral City. Look for more details in mid-November.


"No One Is Above the Law" Event
Indivisible, the Center for American Progress and People for the American Way, plus other activist groups, have teamed up to hold rallies nationwide to demand that President Trump be impeached and removed. The night before the House takes a historic vote to impeach, Americans will head to every congressional office and public square to declare that Nobody Is Above the Law as representatives finalize their positions and senators look on. March with DOD at the Palm Springs Gay Pride Parade
Democrats of the Desert invites you to march with us in the Palm Springs Pride Parade on Sunday, Nov. 3. The parade starts at the north end of Palm Canyon Drive at 10 a.m. Board President Emeritus Rob Westwood is coordinating our participation.
