Let's help collect blankets, sleeping bags and backpacks to support Cal State San Bernardino (Palm Desert campus) RN students - Street Medicine Rotation

We all likely have an extra blanket or two - and what about that unused backpack or sleeping bag in the corner of the closet?

The Community Outreach Committee of Democrats of the Desert is collecting blankets, sleeping bags, and backpacks for the homeless. These will be distributed in the field by the Cal State San Bernardino - Palm Desert Campus RN students - Street Medicine Rotation.

Pre-owned blankets, sleeping bags, and backpacks should be clean and in good condition.

Please call Patrick Weiss at 619-846-4667 in Palm Springs for pick up and/or drop off location. This will greatly help the homeless during these cold nights.

Democrats Of The Desert is doing this in partnership with Cal State San Bernardino - Palm Desert Campus RN Students - Street Medicine Rotation and Courageous Resistance of the Desert, Affordable Housing and Homelessness Committee.
