STAYING STRONG

So many Democrats worked so hard for a different outcome to this election. Sadly we now know the results and it is very difficult to understand. But as the post election stress sets in please keep in mind the following tips to help you through.

 

1.Spend time with loved ones and friends

2.Exercise more

3.Meditate

4.Unplug a bit from the news/social media

5.Cultivate a quiet mind

6.Eat right to feel physically better

7.Cuddle your pets (or a friends pets)

 

Lastly consider volunteering. This is a way to use your energy to good and make a lasting impact. Remember the words of Hillary Clinton " Let us have faith in each other. Let us not grow weary. Let us not lose heart. For there are more seasons to come and... more work to do."
