Congressman Dr. Raul Ruiz along with other Democratic Senators took part in a sit in on the House floor in Washington D.C in protest over gun violence on Wednesday. Congressman Dr. Raul Ruiz spoke about never shutting down the American voice. In a compassionate speech the California Congressman told of touching the wounds of patients, administering CPR and the sad duty of notifying parents and loved ones of the death of their relatives due to gun wounds.
